1.Installer came at 4pm on a job which takes 5hours and 45min.

2.The installer did`t provide white cable for inside the house and staple dark grey cable across whole room (looks realy ugly).

3.The job was not complete at 12am even with the second installers help(2nd installer came in at 10pm.)because of dark and bad cables(installers staple the cable through).

4.On the work order it was 1 Dish installation when it shold be 2 Dish(one for local channels).When I request a second Dish , customer support ascked for $275 for it (in the original order it was free).
