Dish Network Charlie WErgen Dish Network increases my monthly bill breaking our contract. Internet
For the last few months Dish Network has raised my monthly charges by approximately five dollars and thirty two cents. Even though I have a contract that locks in the price. I have telephoned Dish Network and spoken to several managers going as high as I could, that have given me excuses such as, "we have the right to raise your monthly bill if we want to, we can raise your monthly bill if our costs increase, didn't you read the small print that allows us to raise your monthly bill?" etc. One manager promised to set things right and never did. There isn't any small print on my contract. I bet that there are other people that purchased Dish Network at thier advertised price and are now having problems with their embellished billing. I havea a contract. When I attempted to stop my contract with Dish Network they threatened to impose all types of fines. This is a one sided contract that only helps Dish Network.
I would really enjoy stopping Dish Network. Their dishonesty is disgusting. Plus, I'm a widow on a fixed income, that can't afford to pay them more money just because "they say so." I think that the people have the power when we are willing to group together. If anyone else is interested in suing Dish Network or you are an attorney willing to represt a group of conned folks who were stupid enought to purchase Dish Network in the first place, please contact me.

I've never in my life heard of a contract without fine print.
You're telling everyone this company deliberately sets out to violate the terms of their contracts and hopes to stay in business and not get sued by all the states attorneys general.
They specifically singled you out because you're a widow on a fixed income and they know they can take advantage of you.
I would advise reading your contract, fine print and all, or you could be looking at significant penalties if you violate the terms.
Chill and read, maybe it will help.
If, they indeed, did illegally rip you off, report this to the BBB, the FTC and the states att'y general.
