Complaint Review: Dish Network

Dish Network Didn't give me what I asked for and says I still have to pay Corona California

I was told by Brittany at Dish Network that the plan I was getting would have Animal Planet, the Biography Channel and HGTV. When the equipment was installed, I only got HGTV. The installer said if I called, they would add on Animal Planet.

When I called, I was told that I would have to pay more for the channels I want. I told them turn off the Dish since I didn't get what I asked for.

Now I have no TV because I was using an antenna with the box for the antenna and they disconnected it. They told me I would have to pay $100 to have someone come at get their equipment. I was also told someone would call to make an appointment to reconnect my antenna at no charge. No one has called back and, after placing three calls to them, they are not returning my calls.

Iowa Dept. of Justice sues Dish.

Don't worry Sasha, cheer up. Dish has just been sued by the Iowa Dept. of Justice and must pay millions of dollars in fines. All of these scummy companies are starting to bite the dust.
