Dish Network has been cramming Blockbuster@ home service on my bill for several years, I never ordered this service nor did I ever use it nor do I even know what its function is. After recently discovering what they were doing I trerminated my service with the company. a month after doing this I was charged for a six month old pay per view tha had already been billed and paid for. along with a $17.00 fee for packing up THERE equipment and taking time and gas to drive THERE equipment to a UPS drop off point and making sure it was returned to them

I found your post and just wanted to provide some input for anyone else who may happen to stumble across it.  Please understand that you are by no means required to use our method of shipping to return our equipment to us but we make the option available if you do choose to.  In fact, while our shipping rates are the most cost-effective to use compared to what others' charge, not everyone uses our method so we don't feel that it's fair to increase everyone's monthly rates to cover the cost of this shipping.
