Their prices keep going up with out notice. They give u credit but add both credit on one bill. So one mo. bill is high next mo. bill is low. They tell u they are giving u a credit . I do not see it. Beside if you want to download you have to pay $5.00. Everytime I call the company I get the Phillipines. Not United States.Prices should be cheaper. They are very nasty when I call them. For $140.50 this dish network is not worth it. They give you nothing for your value. If you cancel they charge you for termination. They have no dsl, they have no phone lines, nothing. So why pay this price. I was a customer from day one. Now I am looking for another company.

I can understand how the billing can get confusing or even frustrating.

Hello! This is Dan Busa with DISH Network, I would like to apologize for the experience you've had with us. I can understand how the billing can get confusing or even frustrating. The way the system works is we bill you one month in advance on your first bill you'll always pay a higher bill on the first one. The instance your talking about can be compared to one of our older promotions; We used to offer HBO and Showtime free for three months.Under this promotion on your first bill you would see a prorated charge for the remainder of the month and one full charge for the second month. You would also see two credits to make it free one for this month one for next month. Your second bill would then receive a credit for the third month. Your third bill would show a charge as its a statement for month four, however, when the promotion was removed on timethe balance would be credited back. I know it looks confusing but this is correct and always balances out. I hope this helps!!
