Dish Network has sent us five to six refurbished DVR, HD receivers over the last couple of years. The receivers continually quit working and Dish Network refuses to send a new receiver. We have had tremendous interruptions in service, and the company appears to care very little about customer satisfaction. We have used them for close to 10 years now but with an upcoming move, we will definitely move back to cable. Our monthly bill is in excess of $100 and yet, the company still refuses to send us "junk" that eventually breaks down.
