Complaint Review: Dish Network

I sent me rebate form in immediately after it came in with my first bill. I waited until the third billing cycle when the rebate should have been applied but nothing had been. I called customer service. They had no record of it. They told me to call their rebate department and they too had no record of receiving anything from me. I knew I had done everything exactly as instructed and that I just got scammed. Now I'm 3 months into a service agreement with equipment I had to pay for up front, and also have to pay $20 more a month for service than was advertised. All Dish Network had to do is claim they never got anything from me. I can't believe that they will get away with this.

Everyone else experiencing this should fill out a record here so that we can see just how pervasive this situation is. Only a significant number of us will have any power to demand action.
