I canceled my service with this company on 2009, and now on 2011 they started billing me againg for services and equipment, I returned they equipment on 2009  and one of the supervisors even told me that I must had sold my equipment, Asked him to check the serial number of the black box receiver and see if it is in their warehouse or maybe someone else has it and to call us back to verify. He never did, and told us he could not find the serial number, so we must still have it. We were told at that time, to add injury upon insult, that we would have to pay $500 for the equipment that they felt they did not receive. Totally bogus and unacceptable!

I had called at least 10 times and the problem has not been resolve yet, this company is totally unorganized , unrespectful and unethical,

Hello, my name is Kaia and I work for Dish Networks Executive Offices. I apologize that the issue with your equipment has taken so long to get resolved.

I would certainly like to help get this taken care of for you. In order to do so, I will need you to email me directly with your account information so that I can look into this further. There are a few different ways in which we are able to track equipment and I assure you that I will do all that I can to get this figured out for you. Please email me at kaia.sunde@dishnetwork.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
