Complaint Review: Dish Network

Dish Network I recived call from their worker about promotions if I paid ahaid for three monts I will have another four monst free and plus free Cinema and Show time .I did paid them. Palatine, Illinois

On March 28 I received phone call from Dish Network representative.He told me all information about my account and he told me that I paid $65.58 per month and since I have been with them long time they will gave me a special  offer .If I pay three month ahead I will have another four months free and free Cinema and Show time channels . He asked me to pay with Green Dot Money Pak. I paid $196.74 he gave me conformation number M3119. After five minutes  they let  me have Cinema  and Showtime channels.Today I received bill from Dish Network $196.21.When I called they said that they didn't took money from Green Dot Money Pak card.I asked them who took the money ,who put the Cinema and Showtime channels on my dish.They don't know and they don't care.I called Green Dot Money Pak to checked who cashed money from card, but I have to have from my layer Sapina request to find out who cashed the money.I know somebody from Dish Network is connected for ripoff,I did called my layer today,but anyway you all stay away from Dish Network that is so unsecured company to deal with.When I called Dish Network  they keep saying that was fraud,WHAT FRAUD WHO could put Cinema and Showtime channels on my TV.How person who called me knew all my info.YOU ALL STAY AWAY FROM DISH-NETWORK for your safety.

Elvisa, I'm sorry to hear that you've become a victim of third party fraud.  There is a scam running and we are working to put a stop to it. Basically the people who perpetrate this are able to convince customers by using information they've obtained already to hack our customers online accounts. Once they have done this they have access to your billing information as well as your programming and they can then make changes thus being more convincing. I would like to ensure that we have deleted your online account so that there are no further issues.
