Complaint Review: dish network

dish network / made a payment of 44.99 on oct /07 /2011 got new bill today and they told me that the 44.99 was for a ppv .me and my wife do not order ppv they just wont to rob us Internet

on oct 06/2011  payed my dish network bill bill was 132.58 on the 6th of oct we paid 86.00 and on oct 07 we paid 44.99 now to day we get a new bill for 183.10    . i called dish network  and ask way i have a  charge of 44.99 from the7th of oct  and they said  that the payment of 44.99 was for a ppv .

no way we called on the 7th of oct to make a payment not pay for a ppv .we nver order ppv .so dish network told us tobad u ordered it and i must have push the rong button  on the phone. but how can that be when i was talking to a dish rep . thay just want money  good going dish on riping off a lady with MS
