Dish Network Misrepresentation of services Englewood, Colorado
I've had Dish network for about 2 years. As a result of my job i was transferred to a new city and moved into an apartment complex. Because of the location i was unable to continue my service. I called customer service and was told that Dish would send some prepaid boxes so that the equipment could be returned. I returned the equipment with what i thought were prepaid boxes but much to my surprise i recieved a bill that said that i owed for the return shipment. Like i said before, the Dish customer service person told me that the boxes were prepaid.

Hello! My name is Dan Busa with DISH Network Customer Support. I do apologize for the miscommunication the labels are prepaid meaning that no payment is neccessary when you drop off the boxes for return. This is supposed to be disclosed by the agent upon cancellation of the account. This is also Printed on the shipping label. I will be happy to take a look and see what can be done please send me an e-mail at Daniel.Busa@DISHNetwork.com
