DISH NETWORK No Service, No Return Calls, No Troubleshooting Availability, Want ME to Pay to Return Product! Arlington, Virginia
I sent the following letter to Dish Network along with the bill they sent me.
Please find enclosed statement from Dish requesting payment for $79.58.
I will not be making this payment or any future payments to your company.
We have had no service through one of the boxes you provided since just a few days after dish was installed. I called several times and spoke with people whos proficiency in English was extremely poor. I asked them to assist me with some trouble shooting to see if I could reboot the box. Each time they told me I had to wait for a technician to call me. I never received calls from the technicians. I was also told that a technician would be scheduled to come to my home. I have not heard from or seen a technician in weeks.
I called today to cancel my service and asked for dish to come out and pick up their equipment. I was told that I had to send it to Dish at my cost. I am not willing to do that and asked for one of their technicians to pick it up. I was told they couldnt do that. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold, transferred and spoke to another person who told me the same thing. I told the second person that I did not want to be put on hold again and asked if she could have a upper management person call me. She said that no one could call me. (Totally Absurd!!!!) She said she would transfer me to another supervisor and she put me on hold for 5 minutes and was then disconnected.
Do not send me any bills as I will not be paying you for services I did not have. If you want your equipment, please make arrangements to have it picked up.
