Complaint Review: dish network

dish network Over 10 years lapped in service wiith dishnetwork.I was denied any promotions and had to pay 99$ to start it up on Feb. 12 and now I am billed 374$. I had to pay for extra for equipment up grade and i PALATINE, Illinois

I used dish network service over 10 years ago and recently on Feb.12 decided  to take advantage of their promational offers of 3 months free with equipment and there after 19.99 for one year.But I was denied. I had to pay 99$. And now I am billed $374 for installition and equipment upgrade,serviceman call,and problems with the channels not picking up properly. When I called the serviceman and told him the channels was not working .He suggest and upgrade. I am yet to pick up 200 stations and not get an error message. I am billed extra for getting station that should already be in the package. I being forced to buy equipment that I wanted to lease  and thusfore is not working properly. Every time I talked to one of the representive about my problems they said their was nothing they could do.When I made an attempt to pay on my bill it was refused.I was told I could male a payment of 174$ by June 7 and my service would be restored but the representive refused to accept payment for restoral ,she said I had to make full payment of 311$ which I did not agree with being charged all the extra for obtaining  dish  network service. One representive said I could do it and the other refused. I was told at first that I could pay the 174$ and  pay the balance by June 16. I ask the representive  how could I return the equipment to them because I was not satified with the treatment I was getting .He said I could not ,I had to pay for it. I did not want to buy anything because If dishnetwork up their system again I would be stuck rebuying  equipment. I just want to be treated fairly and I do not main paying my if I received porper service, When I am billed 63$ a month for service that do not half pick up that some how have accumalatived to $374 and been off since the first of May. Please Help!
