Dish Network took an unathorized debit from my account after assuring me they would not. I let my kids use my debit card to get setup because they were told it was the only way to setup service. I was told that after the intial debit my card would not be used again. Well, my kids house burned down and they lost everything including dish's equipment. They were also homeless. But dish network didn't care and the company took from my account $192.50 for their equipment. I'm furious! A big company like Dish has insurance for these types of things and I can't believe my children were the 1st people to have a tragedy like this. There must be something people can do to stop dish network!
