I've had a lot of trouble with Dish in the past 6 months, had 2 new receivers and a lot of down time. They credited me for the time with no service but now they say I owe them money that I don't. I called Cust. Support and wrote them email but they don't answer. They did, kind of, shut my service off because I asked them to via my email. But, I also asked for other documents which I have not received. I requested that a Supervisor call me with information but that hasn't happened either. Each time I talk to someone there I get another opinion. When I tell the person I'm talking to that "name" told me something else, they say well "name" doesn't know.

I thought everything was fine after the last 3 months but now I'm getting overdue notices and don't have the names of the original folks who credited the account. I really need your help. I'm a 61 year old disabled woman.
