Dish Network ripoff bad service customer service hung up on cant get in contact with dont get basic channels i pay for Palatine Illinois
I have dishnetwork my basic channel will not work, so i called to see why they were not working every time i called i could never speak with a live operator that could help me with my problem, it would always be some voice system trying to help after that dosent work the voice system work say (please hold will i connect you to an operator) every time that happens the phone would hang up. This time i tried something different when i called dishnetwork i tried to upgrade my program and i got an live operator, i told the operator my basic channel were not working and she tried to charge me extra for channel i already have! then she tells me she will transfer me to some one that could help me and i was back to the same old voice system and got hungup on again.
