Complaint Review: Dish Network Satellite Plus

Absolutely terrible service and extremely unreliable.

Called to have Dish Network install a satellite dish at my home and was given a 5 hour window for a representative from Satellite Plus to install the system.

We all despise these 'windows' however when we seek the service, we are willing at times to wait during this window.

At 10 minutes prior to the end of the 5 hour window, no representative had showed up and of course nobody answered the phone. I was told however that due to the inconvenience of the matter, I would be credited with $20.00. WOW. $20 whole dollars.

Satellite Plus ! You are unreliable and deserve to lose customers! In this market, you obviously don't value even the smallest amount of business.
