Complaint Review: Dish Network - superior Communication Center 007

We had dish installed two weeks ago we hate it, it goes out all the time. we called our installer because we could not get it back on after being on the phone with dish network for over an hour trying to walk us threw getting it back.

Pete our installer said he would have to charge us to come out, but he would have one of his guys come out and do it under the table for twenty bucks. I called dish network back and they said there is a 90 day warranty. They contacted him and he told them we dismanteld it so it was our fault. after talking to Dish executives they said they wernt responsible but if Pete didnt take care of it they would send someone out next week, and charge him far our service charge. Pete is a crook, and dish network is using him to sell there product but they act as if they dont have anything to do with him. I also must say Pete gave us a sat. box with a broken door and said to just put a piece of tape on it and he would try to replace it next time he is in the area.

Now he says no just keep the tape on it. What does he think we are? We buy something new and we are gonna have a piece of tape holding the thing together?I wish you could see the way he installed this system it is the most mickey mouse set up ever, there are wires conected everywhere. He also told me to hook up a phone line till they get us in the system and then disconnect it so we wouldnt have to pay the extra five bucks. in the meantime we havent had our main tv and our second most used one working. I made a big mistake signing a one year contract and if there is any way to get out of it I HOPE TO! Everywhere I look I SEE ADs far this company and I wish to warn people dont do it you will be sorry.
