After I called DISH Network to cancel services in Victoria, TX because we were relocating to Austin, TX, we thought our service was terminated per our instructions.  When we were settled in Austin, I called DISH to get service in our new home.  I just received a PAST DUE bill from the Victoria address for $141.27 and when I called DISH they said we'd never cancelled the service.  Two "service specialists" disconnected me so when I called back I asked to speak to a supervisor.  I was informed that they had a record of my call on 11/11/09 but that the specialist had apparently neglected to put "terminate service" on the record, so we had to pay for the past two months service even though we explained that we have not lived in the house for two months -- it is empty.  New owners are moving in this month.
