It is impossible to get service assistance for my satellite TV service. The number that is on the screne does not exist, no one answers the phone, emails are not answered, service numbers provide no call back.

I have no idea how to resolve my service problems!!!!

you can call 1-800-333-3474, customer service is open 24 hours. when you call in say "customer service representative" and it will transfer you directly to a person
