Dish Networks Dish Network is Raising of Costs while we're under contract Pasedena, California
I just received my Dish Network statement, my 9th month with Dish. I was just billed an additional $12 per month without a change in service. I called Dish Network Customer Serv ice and spoke with Ralph. I was told that although Im in a two year serice contract, they can raise my costs for service at anytime. Ralgh advised me to refer to the consumer contract on their website. Suffice it to say, I entered my protest. Gosh Ralph offered a $5 additional credit on the $12 increase. Guess what they doubled their Receiver rental! Do you remember last September when Dish was advertizing that the Cable companies were the ones that were increasing your costs without additional service. Guess what, Dish is one of them.
