DISH TV DISH NETWORK SCAM, RIPOFF, LIARS usa Nationwide

I have been with DISH for a year or so, and have NEVER been late with my bill.

Unfortunatley, had a family emergency and had to fly out of town. I get a call from my wife, then my 2 sons are crying that the TV is shut off. I have no CC on me or anything except cash when I travel. I get on live chat and ask for them to turn my services on until monday when I get home and they cannot.....

me: i am never late with my bill and the one time i have to go out of town for an emergency my wife calls and says kids are screaming sue to no TV

me: I DO NOT HAVE UNTIL MONDAY
 Supervisor - Antoinette (ID: 1ML): I see.
me: please restore and i will pay monday
 Supervisor - Antoinette (ID: 1ML): Unfortunately we wont be able to restore the service today unless we collect the payment for the balance.
me: i can pay 40 that is all i have
 Supervisor - Antoinette (ID: 1ML): If you will pay on Monday, we will restore the service then right after we receive the payment.
me: fyi - i am posting this chat all over the internet to damage dish
me: will 40 restore the service?
 Supervisor - Antoinette (ID: 1ML): As much as I would like to restore the service with your $40, it is not possible

 If you NEVER miss a payment then how exactly is your PRE PAID service turned off? SOunds like you DID miss a payment and are just acting like a child. Perhaps you should just pay what you owe. Trying to place the blame on THEM because YOU did not pay your bill only shows YOU to be a immature dipwad with no real redeeming qualities. What it also tells everyone is that YOU leave your family in a lurch with no way to resolve these issues.

How is this a Ripoff?  You are being unreasonable.  Glad you mentioned your kids were "crying".. should help get more sympathy.

Nope, I don't work for them.
