Complaint Review: dishnet network

dishnet has has gotten by bill wrong numurous times.they charge for different services taht are fully disclosed when they tell you, such as 5 dollars for hd or 7 dollars for receiver boxes or after your free trial they bill you to turn off your free movies etc.

when we quit because of all the mistakes they sent us boxes to send their stuff back by ups and then later we got a bill for over 30 dollars for the boxes and the shipping labels which we did not know about.    

the installer told us things like this happens all the time. we have no recourse as far as the company is concerned.
