I had a problem with dishnetwork,
i was on the debitcard withdraw.when i got bank statments from my bank stating i was overdrawn,i went to the bank to find out why,i dident pay much attiction to my statment the month before because i was in the hospital and had knee surgury,and was in a lot of pain for two weeks, dishnetwork had taken two months of bills out at one time witch cause me to overdraw,but that was not the main problem because i considered that both of our faults.the problem was i called dishnet work,firest it took me forever to talk to a human.

i got better service from there conputer them from them.i have no sallellite,i told them that i had a bank statment in my hands that the money was taken out of my account.and wanted me to fax them a copy of my statment, i told them i had no way to fax.i cannot drive a car unless i have to because of my knee.and i didnot fell this was a case where i had to.

they told me it was my responsabilty to prove they made the mistake.and when a asked for her supperviser she told me there was no one over her. and would not give me to someone who could help. i asked her again 2 more times for someone else,she told me to have a nice day and hung up.two days latter i still have no sallite, even after i have payed the bill.
