I had Dishnetwork to come out to install TV, internet and telephone services.  They farmed out internet and telephone to a different company (Charter cable) to be installed 5 days later.

Through the TV installation, the installer cut my internet connection up in the attic.  Did not know this until he had left.  Calling the Dishnetwork back, they said they could not fix it until the farmed out company (Charter cable) came out 5 days later.  Charter said Dish broke it, Dish had to fix it. 

After talking to numerous personnel (kept getting trasnferred to the Phillippines) I finally got someone in the so called Presidential office to who agreed to send technician out the next morning.  Technician hooked it up, but it failed after he left.  While he was there I asked about loud noise settop box was making when changing  channels.  He said it was a know problem but no solution yet for it.

I had to finally call Verizon to repair that install due to incompattable splitters etc. used from Dishnetwork. 

I cancelled Dishnetwork due to its failure to keep contract on the internet install, and poor equipment less than TWENTY Fours later.  Now they are insisting on chargint me $480.00 for early cancellation fee.

Getting transferred back to the Phillippines again and back to the Presidential office, I talked to ERICA, who was no help at all and refused to recend the $480.00

Dishnetwork has many complaints here and most of them deal with customer service.  I got the double whammy from them.  I don't advise anyone else to deal with them.
