On August 15th you replaced your receiver with a High Definition receiver. On Ausgust 26th my screen said "Acquiring Satellite Signal." With countless hours on the phone they set September 13th between 12 and 5 sometime for them to fix. This company expeccts me to wait 19 days for service and expects me to go through this everytime it has a breakdown of its system.
Only by physically visiting the local rep did I get the receiver replaced.
