Complaint Review: Dish network

In ohio dish has a advertisment to pick up your receivers when you move & they will come install new adress FREE, dish lied 1st they missed the appt. time & said that someone called & cancelled wrong their lazy techs. lied.

1 week later tech came out& said he could'nt guarentee a pic due to he may have to runn 300 ft and we live around hills tech said this would auto, void our contract we found out this was lie when dish went into our bank & took out 586.00

i called they refuse to give me there fax number so i could have my bank fax a form to dishnetwork. i hung up i filed dispute against them & did'nt win ( this will be another rip off report)

dishnetwork failed to send me any boxes or let me know where to return their equipment untill after the fact thet they went into my bank and took monies.

i called again. the tech said he would send out boxes and would be free again another lie i called ups to p/u and they inform me it would be 10.00. i had to take it to ups .dntwk did return 376.00 to my acct. just when i thought it was all over i just received a bill for 90.00 or they were going to disconeect my services Dish i don't have your services i called the super visor would not wave she said we had just cancelled in nov.

so i ask her what was the 1st 160.00 taken out for & her reply was due to early contract cancell hello so now dish network wants another 90.00 for a cancell in nov. of 2007. this is such a big rip off
