Poor quality reception and many service interruptions on a regular basis is bad enough. But when a problem occurs, service is worse. I have paid $5.99 a mo. for over 2 years, and when I made a request for service call, due to bad picture and faulty remote, I was informed it would cost $29 for a service call. The representative spoke such broken english I could not communicate with her properly and requested cancellation of service. She then could not understand me. I have been cut off programs everyday since installation, due to their daily check on system. This usually occurs at a most unappropriate time of a program, leaving you without service anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes each and every day. This service is definitely second choice for my home and I am cancelling their service as of todaY. This has been a definite misuse of sales tactics used by Dishnetwork to get my service. I am sorry I ever agreed to such a loose contract regarding service and maintaince support, that has cost me in excess of $150.00 in a protection plan that is worth nothing.
