I signed on with Dishnetwork because I thought DirectTV had bad customer service. We'll I'm going back to DirectTV for a number of reasons. Dishnetwork agreed to provide a service at one cost and then increased their fees. They have so many confusing options that only serve to subdue customers into submission.

I tried many times to call them about my bills but they just give you the run around and never explain anything. We pay over $90.00 per month and we don't have any premier channels. No movie channels, No special sports channels, some channels work on one TV but not the other. We have to pay $21 extra dollars a month to see TV in spanish. We pay extra to have local channels that are supposed to be FREE.

We paid $200 for installation and all the cabling had been previously installed. You can't get a combination of Spanish channels and Top 50, Top 150, or Everything Pack without having to pay double fees. In the beginning I tried to get an extra received installed and they told me I'd have to go buy it at Radio Shack. Dishnetwork is a rip-off for Spanish speaking citizens! Tell all your Latino friends not to sign up with these prejudiced, overpriced thieves! I will be contacting the FCC, BBB, CIA & FBI...
