Complaint Review: DishNetwork Rebates R Us

After offering me a $50 visa gift card and a $100 in gas cards, I decided to sign up with Dish Network. After numerous phone calls I finally got coupons to send in to get my gas rebates, but instead of a $50 gift card I was sent a bunch of paperwork that required me to photocopy all of the paperwork I got when the satellite dish was installed. Now, don't they already know that I have the service, as they are the ones who signed me up? Needless to say I didn't even bother with that one. However, I have been sending in my gas recepits and I have not received ONE REBATE!! I have called and called and called. No one ever answers the phone and no one ever calls back. I have left emails and again no one returns my email. I will never use Dish Network again when my contract with them is up. As they are using these people to sell their product they should share some responsibilty but of course they do not. Someone needs to get these people to do as they promised!!
