Dishnetwork ripoff poor tech support Littleton Colorado

I upgraded my hd receiver to the new 211 for the new hd packages. The receiver worked for two days, then wasn't able to get video on hdmi cable. I called their tech line and she took me through various procedures only to be told she would upgrade it to the next level and they would probably just swap out the receiver. The next day, he called back and asked a few questions. He said the receiver has compatiibility issues with Sony tv's. After I told him the receiver worked for a few days, then quit, he then told me they would be downloading new software in a month, maybe that will fix it. He never once offered to replace the receiver to see if that was the problem. Basically, he told me I was out of luck, maybe we can fix it in a month. I can not believe Dishnetwork would put out an untested receiver in the first place. And since the receiver worked initially, I have to believe the problem is within the receiver. Very poor service!!!
