Complaint Review: DISHNETWORK who'd you expect

Service was activated in November 2001, with a "One-Time" authorization to withdraw 49 dollars for the start up. From day one I had nothing but trouble with reception and recieving a picture at all. Numerous calls got me nowhere. "Remove the smart card," they would say, "and put it back in, any change?" "well then, try switching places with the receivers and call us back to see if that fixed it." It didn't. January 15th 2002 I cancelled this service, well within the 90 day warranty. Thought all the problems were over. March 11th 2002 I finally recieved the box to return their equipment. March 18th I personally took the package to the UPS station. March 15th the dish dough-dough's had taken $398.00 without my knowing. I cancelled my atm/debit/credit and filed EFT's for the return of my money. March 19th the dish degenerates were able to remove another $ 242.00 from my acoount.
How could this be possible as the bank knew I had cancelled my card and filed EFT's. I filed another complaint to get this money returned as well. And now this very A.M. March 21st I see that the bank has further allowed these PEOPLE to remove another $ 13.50 from my checking acount, that I can't even withdraw from except by writing a check. Can they be stopped?
