I purchased the disney phone based on the advertisement, which I deem now misleading. First, the GPS and call restrictions can be disabled on the child's phone. My child's cellphone roams in his bedroom. I am unable to MONITOR calls when it roams. I was charged numerous overage fees. My bill is almost 400.00.

I was not given the oppotunity to monitor because NO ONE ever told me that if the phone roams, the calls will not show in the monitoring section. I was completely unaware of the overage fees and the overage phone calls until I received my bill. As I have now done research, there are numerous former customers with the EXACT problem and have and pay hundreds of dollars to terminate their contract.

I had my child's phone on total restriction and still I got a bill for 370.00- something is wrong with that picture. I saw charges for calls starting the first day of the billing cycle.

I want Disney to give me a credit of the overage fees AND let me out of my contract without me paying the 175.00 disconnect fee per phone (three lines total).

I hope that this issue can be resolved because I do not intend on forgetting about this entire ordeal. Parents who purchase the phone should know exactly what they are getting from this service, as evident from the following websites: (((link redacted)))

According to online research, there are families paying hundreds to thousands of dollars in overage fees, due to roaming and the inability to monitor.
