We owned two "mom and pop" cell phone stores in southern California.  Disney Mobile did a huge campaign to get our two stores to cell Disney Mobile phones.  We were top sales stores in Southern California and were promised bonuses of vacations in Florida, etc. 

Word leaked out that Disney Mobile was going out of business.  Most of our customers started changing service to other companies.  We were given the charge backs of 100's of customers.  Thus, we were out the cost of the phone and the commission. 

To add injury to the situation, we tried to send back over 50 phones that we had in our inventory.  They refused to give us credit for them because they said we had to wait until they went through a court settlement, etc.  That was 2007 and now in 2011 were are still waiting and we can reach no one to answer our questions.  We lost over $50,000 with Disney Mobile and soon after we were forced to close both of our stores and we are still paying off debt. There has to be other small time cell phone stores that went through the same experience.  Can anyone help?
