Disney Movie Club TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

 Last year I signed for a movie club to get 5 movies for my little ones. I received a monthly email featuring a new movie/ I have declined because I'm not interested in the selection, the website states if I decline I wont be charge to my account/ I have been charged more than once in my account without my knowledge/received 5 movies that I did not ordered/still according to their website I still have to "buy" 3 more movies from the site to fullfill my membership...what about the 5 movies that I already received? My credit card expired and I didnt updated on the site, but to my surprised at $40.00 dollars from disney club is showing on my bank account, when I went to their site "my husband credit card was in the site How in the world do they got that information from? Also there is not customer service number, I felt trap in this club against my will and theres is nothing that I can do about it...
