While Disney is notorious in the industry for low paying comparing to any other companies, any of you who haven’t worked there probably won’t know everything about what the people there is made of. Watch out for people with an ugly inside and watch out for those people burning over you better than them and try to drag you down! For something of low pay, with their vanity issue under the Disney ego, some of the people aren’t of good kind.

Disney Parks and Resorts analytics team as an example, the managers (yes just managers) and analysts are ‘morally OUTSTANDING’. Though merely in the title of managers, Andy Ma and Bryan Vorkapich are intolerant of little things, because, obviously they feel overly good about themselves and being generous to others is just going to an issue for them.

Andy Ma, has made bullshit and fake performance statements to let go of his employee just because the employee can’t attend his meeting and requested to postpone. This really pickled his ego and low self-esteem and hence he made up some fake and exaggerated performance statements to truly showcase what Andy Ma is made of. What is really ironic and stupid is, his other employees have much higher performance issues for the things he claimed!! Andy Ma, you shitty clown.

Bryan Vorkapich has shown anger when his employee simply just didn’t stand up to shake hands with people he introduced! Another amazing vanity rat. He tried to fail the employee with performance excuses but it turns out it was someone else on his team’s issue and he mis-fingerpointed, hahah how disappointed Bryan is to pick up the stone to only fall on his own feet!!

They are jealousy of the employee who has achieved more and be far superior than them so they are trying to get balanced by taking down their rival. They got twisted inside, especially when realizing they can’t afford as much as other companies. Sorry Andy Ma and Bryan Vorkapich, just so you know, there is no way you can change the fact others are superior than you, unfortunately and out of your control. And just to state it again, YES THEY ARE MORE SUPERIOR THAN YOU EVEN YOU DON’T KNOW, because they purposefully pretend to be mediocre so as not to shine you out. But your behavior demonstrated your struggle and twisting inside.

They have a dumb training system that is geared toward interns. While this system is a demonstrate of their failure, they are accusing trainees not knowing better. Well if you are teaching all these ridiculous simple stuffs like something big, those who have complicated mind will have to downgrade and adapt themselves to this 101 dummy system. Dear rats - got straight now what is going on?

Same go with the analysts there. They have dual standards too, towards themselves vs others. An analyst harassed another team member several times to give her status update and she wants to use that fact against her colleague, only mission failed because the breach she expected turns out to be flawless and no fault on the colleague’s end. She is not even a manager and has no right to ask colleagues to report to her. Not to mention, earlier when the colleague found some mistake she made, she immediately told her colleague to look somewhere else and this is not the place to bother checking into laugh really loud. The colleague never told anyone regarding it whereas she was trying to find problems vice versa. How disgusting….err.

This and another analysts, both have problems being late on some tasks, one being 2/3 years late :D Andy Ma made himself a monkey creature by claiming an employee who hasn’t been late at all while there are such cases with other members on his team. Or fair enough maybe Andy just has issue with math counting.

Let these hypocrites be laughed, watched and shamed! The best sweets for these small people is to laugh over, and give them the showcase. Look over the surface and take into careful consideration what kind of people you will be working with.

Sadly to Andy Ma, Bryan Vorkapich and Lisa Li...whatever tricks they have played, they can't change the FACT that they are just NOT AS GOOD. Sadly to this high ego low ethics disney employees....

Out of jealousy for people better than them, is the main cause that they are trying to fail others, while their narrowmind and lack of a good inside add on to it. People looking glorious outside (using the glory of disney to paint their skins, note they are nobody themselves) hardly cultivate or have an equal inner part.
