DISNEY PLUS providing services cannot us on my smart tv MESA ARIZONA

I purchase a monthly subscriptions on the 24th of each month, i tried canceling through paypal, disneyplus,

call disneyplus, help@disneyplus.com, i tried emailing, i have been with them through april 2021, i tried everything to setup through the tv.  the tech had me delete everything on the smart tv, like it was a brand new tv and make disneyplus number 1 app for the tv, that did not work, but when you start adding new apps they put them in alvabeticail order, i needed to more memory, so i put on 64GB flash drive, and 1TB BACK up drive, that did not help with disneyplus, know the app works on my cell phone, but not my smart tv, they are charging me 14.00 dollars per month for service, and i can get it for 4.99 dollars per month, why am i paying for something i cannot use. my phone have 4 inch screen and my tv is 60 inches.

pay pal has an area that has 1 step process to stop payments, stop services but when you select the one step it turn the screen gray and you cannot deacitate or stop payments at disneyplus.

i have tried filling complaint with paypal but they can not help me or no want to hear my complaint, i have letters about the complaint, i did tell them if they did not stop every thing by NOV. 2021 I WAS GOING FILE FORMAL COMPLANT
