Disney's Toontown Online has a EULA agreement which the subscribers agree to occational down time or interuptions of service for normal maintainance and upgrades.  Their product is sold in 30 day incraments and the clock on those 30 days starts upon activation.  The Rip Off is that the service has been plagued with play interuptions or resets, and down time in excess of 8 16 and near 24 hours at a time.  The Company refused to push back the time lapsed on the subscription when requested siting the stipulation in the EULA accomodating service interuption for maintainance and upgrade.  HOWEVER, the product offered does not indicate that EXCESSIVE interuptions and down time should be expected and or tollerated by subscribers.  The EULA should read hey play when it is online if you can find it working in the 30 day period you pay for. 

This is horrible product and name branding and Disney should be ashamed of their product relations people for being real COGS.
