Disney World - Walt Disney - Disney Ripoff Misleading Reservation Confirmations Orlando, Florida

We recently made reservations for 15 people and my honeymoon at Disney World. They were made using the free dinning package, one of my aunts was not with us at the time to pay off her package. She received the confirmation of the reservations in the mail and according to the front of the reservation it says total due 06July06.

She called on the 4th to pay it off and they had cancelled her reservations on the 3rd because there was no deposit recieved. They so far have done nothing to fix the problem we are admitting part of it is our fault because the back was not read but on the front it says total due by July 6th.

I think they need to reformat their reservations so if no deposit is paid at the time of booking that it says it is due on the front and not in fine print on the back. I have been to Disney 23 times and am very disappointed to see how their customer service is turning out. I will post a picture of the confirmation so others can read what it says on the front. I'm sure that anyone reading it will understand it the same way she did. Oh and she can rebook the same package now for $700 more.

OK I finally got an answer from Disney World. We have the original reservations back. I'm happier now then ever. Although I do not like the fact that 3 diffrent departments lied to us. According to 7 diffrent people there is NO ONE at Disney who can over ride their computer systems (because the computer won't let them add a package that has been expired.) After all the phone calls and the emails there IS someone who can do it. Thank you JoAnn from Customer Service.
