I ordered this for my husband gmfor Xmas. Shipping took three weeks and I promptly wrapped box and placed under tree upon arrival. When husband put together, it was broken. I asked for a replacement, but while they acknowledge the item is easily damaged in express shipping, they would not provide a replacement or refund. Instead they offered to sell me another one... SMH!
