I contacted Dissertation Advice for help with my college dissertation. I paid over 500 up front and entered very specific details and guidelines for them to write a custom dissertation that I could use for research.

During the writing period, the writer did not respond to my emails (which were asking how it was going) and when i received it, it had very little to do with the information I had sent.

I complained and they sent a replacement, this one, like the last one, did not have the correct layout or sections that a dissertation requires. I kept complaining and they kept sending updated versions, none of which were what I asked for.

Their site offers a guaranteed refund if the dissertation is not satisfactory and it is the writer's fault. I requested a refund and they just sent me another incorrect updated version. With the submission deadline looming I decided to use it as best I could.

While researching other books I discovered one that looked familiar. Dissertation Advice had completely plaigarised the second dissertation (and probably the first) from a well known book - word-for-word! Which explains why it was nothing like a dissertation and they couldnt fix it.

I complained, asked for a refund and told them that my deadline had passed and still they sent me another dissertation. I have been emailing them ever since and have had no reply. It was expensive for a student and I will probably have to re-sit my course as I was depending on their guidance.
