I was duped by a UK based "customised" essay company called dissertationsandassignents.com and lost over 300 /$480. I did receive an essay eventually, four weeks after the deadline, but it bore no relation to the title of the essay requested and seemed to be a composite of plagiarised material from web sources.

I requested amendments to my essay as the site provides and amendments request form. I was then e-mailed by "Peter Richardson" who said that no amendments would be made as all material is supplied on an "as is" basis.

I could not get my money back as I've not yet been able to trace who is behind the company. I was told to pay cash into a Natwest bank account (sort code 54-30-01 account number: 22899928).

They refuse to provide their physical address making it difficult to pursue the complaint.
