Complaint Review: Distictive Bookbinding & Leather Designs / Sarah Larson

My assistant and I at the request of Sarah came into her shop in NW and cleaned her wooden floor, I also gave her tips as to how to dress up her shop per her request. She led me to believe that we had a good long term business relationship starting. She was talking about her next scheduling, how to take care of her flooring and was she was asking me about non-expensive ways she could dress up her shop, she decided to STEAL my services. She has not paid for the floor cleaning.

I call her, I heard nothing!
I e-mailed her, I heard nothing.

It is my belief that she intended to STEAL my services; she was not going to pay to have her floor cleaned.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER! SHE IS NOT GOING TO PAY YOU ON TIME IF SHE PAYS YOU AT ALL. SHE HAS NEVER PAID ME AND I AM STILL WAITING!
