DMS is another branch of the CYDCOR company designed specifically to take advantage of recent college graduates in order to increase the wealth of the upper management. You will recieve no payment for your training period, and you have no chance to earn money during this time.

It is business to business door to door marketing which requires each individual to travel to specific territories to sell. You will recieve no money for gas or mileage. You also get no benefits whatsoever, regardless of what you are told.

You also must work at least 12 hours a day. You are encourage to sell deceptively, but if you are caught doing such, you, solely, will be held responsible.

You must use common sense, reputable companies do not hire 2-3 new people every day and offer you a job immediately as they do at DMS. Having employees quit doesn't matter to them being as they don't spend any money in training you or giving you any sort of hourly wage.

Yes, so Eric did learn from Heather Herman, who is the owner of the office I originated from. She is the worst of the worse in owners but Eric know sthe mistakes that she has made and makes and he doesn't make the same. Eric has a kind heart, but knows how to do his business right. Actually and to correct you, George is doing ABSOLUTELY GREAT with his office and campaign in Memphis. Do some research before you talk s**t about people that you don't know anything about. I don't agree with the business, I got out, but I do know that Eric is one of the best owners out there.

And that is funny that you say that about you insurance b/c I definately had insurance coverage and it was paid for! I guess he knew you would punk out and quit so he didn't want to waste any time or money on you.

Eric does not idolize Heather, they are friends and have been for years since they worked scopes on the beach. He does however take care of his employees. Why else do you think he can keep an Admin and Heather had been through like 100?!?!?! B/c he takes care of her and takes care of the employees that work hard and get the job done!

If you really know your history with DMS, you will also know that DMS didn't directly branch out from Heather's office, he was defualted under her after his promoting owner left the business to start a family. That promoting owner is married to a high up Cydcor exec and is now a stay at home mom. So he didnt learn from Heather, he jus tnow works with her.

I have also been in several CYDCOR offices, and the outward appearance may have decieved you. DMS is an offspring of Heather Hermans CYDCOR office. Eric, the owner, learned the business from Ms. Herman and idolizes her as an ideal owner. As for the people who he has promoted. As of the time that I left the company, neither of the 2 of them (from the past 3 years.) is successfully running an office, by this i mean they arent making any money.

The fact that he has only promoted 2 individuals also is problamatic, being that he's had the business for 3 years, and when you are hired he states that he will promote out 10 new owners a year. As for the insurance, it's completely false, I needed insurance upon hire and he said that though he wouldnt cover it he would be able to get me some sort of discount, but every time that I brought it up after hire he denied this and I went the whole time of my employment without.

And as for "most" companies making you wait to get insurance, I believe a more accurate way to state that is "most" companies that don't plan on having more that 10% of the people they hire around for more than a month makes you wait before they will insure you.

I must say that I had experiences in working in several Cydcor offices and Distinctive Marketing Solutions is nothing compared to other locations. The owner at that location DOES care about his employees and does what he needs to for them. DMS also does offer health insurance and its a group plan. There is just a waiting period before it can become active, just like any other job. Also, the owners that come out of their office are taught the right way and they take care of their employees as well. Cydcor offices have potential to be a great company, as long as the owner and management handle things properly and do things right. DMS is one of those that will be around for a while because of the honesty and integrity in that office. If you want to check out some bad offices, take a look at Venture Marketing Solutions and Justin Jordan, The Marketing Group and Heather Herman/Young Yoon, etc,

Thank you!
