When I recently tried logging into my account, I immediately got this message, preventing me from entering my account: 

2-Step Authentication
For your protection, we've added an additional layer of security.

An email with a verification code was just sent to your email address at:  mu***@r*****.com

Enter your login verification code
Re-send code
You're seeing this because we don't recognize the computer or mobile device you're using. Either that, or it's our first time seeing it since implementing this security feature. 
 
After several unsuccessful email attempts requesting a verification code, I received no response.  Even after trying again before submitting this complaint.  I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.  It's quite apparent this firm doesn't respect or value its customers, which I will cease to be one once my renewal period ends in March 2017.
