Ditech And Gmac ripoff does not honor guarantee Costa Mesa California
Manager Jason Zeiter and loan agent Sergio T. could not meet the interest rate I received from another company.
I told them I wanted them to honor their guarantee and they told me to fax paperwork to them after I closed.
I did and told them I had 3 days to cancel. They kept changing the requirements and procrastinating until my 3 days were up.
I found out the money guarantee comes out of the manager's money so basically they have no intention of honoring their claims. Ditech is a fraud and dishonest. Good thing I didn't finance with them.

Have you read the stories in here about these companies? INNOCENT people are losing their lives and homes due to these people, and you want a loan from them?
You may pay a few percent more but you'll be saving so much by not having these people finance you, that you would never understand.
You're one of the lucky ones, move on and relax.
