Complaint Review: diva discounts

I ordered an iPad trident case.  Placed the order December 8th 2011.  Received an email December 20th, 2011 that the case was shipped.  Days came and went still no case.

By January I started trying to get a hold of this company by email and telephone.  Never any response to the emails.  I have tried calling 2 different numbers that I found on their website and the net.  No one ever answers the phone.  Only option is to leave a message after you pick a number to direct your call.

I can not even tell you how many messages I have left this supposed company.  I now believe that this is not even a real company.  It has to be a complet scam!

I finally received an email back that said a refund would be issued on January 26th, 2012.  The email said to give it 2 business days before I would see the credit on to my bank account.  Apparently their definition of 2 business days and mine are completely different.  

Guess what I still have not received my refund or my iPad case!  I am still calling this scammer company everyday and emailing.  It's March and still has not been resolved.  I am going to keep trying but it looks like I am just going to be out my $40.  

Don't be scammed too!! Stay away from this company!!  This company will take your money and you won't have anything to show for it!
