I ordered a custom human hair full lace wig from Divaswigs.com. My specifications were a light golden brown with low lights. When they sent me pictures of the wig I told them it was not the color I had in mind but they said "it's a human hair wig you can dye it yourself, we ill ship it out today". When it arrived it looked even worse in person. It was a light yellow blonde, shedding horribly, and did not fit. The hair was dry and did not even feel real. I submitted an application for a refund. They agreed and gave me an address to send it to in the states. My package got lost and did not arrive on time but I provided them with tracking and all the updates I possibly could, and they didn't seem to have a problem with it. My package finally arrived and now they will not reply to any of my emails. They provided me with a phone number to the return address but the lady only speaks chinese. I don't think I'll be getting my refund... All in all very horrible service. Bad english. Not what I asked for, and now I'm out 500 dollars for nothing!

Finally Recieved Refund.

They finally replied to me and let me know that they were away on holiday for the Chinese new year. The said they would process my refund today. We'll see if it goes through.
