Complaint Review: Divawigs

 I ordered my first human hair wig from DIVAWIGS . When I tried the wig on I loved it, but I wanted it to be a bit more full looking and I didn't want the strong chemical smell in it. I had cut the lace when I decided it was perfect and I wanted to keep the wig. I later washed the wig to get rid of the smell, I used a small amount of conditioner, (nothing that would damage my unit). I immediately noticed my wig go straight it was losing the curl pattern . I put it on my mannequin head to air dry and noticed it was still straight. I contacted DIVAWIGS by email and by phone. When they finally responded they were only interested in trying to get me to accept a $30 refund! They could not explain why this wig did not hold its curl like it should have and they were just so focused on telling that because I cut the lace there was nothing they could do. I obviously cut the lace because I thought the wig was perfect,I loved it immediately and intended to keep it. It is not my fault that they are selling cheap wigs that can't get wet( every wig should get washed and bounce back to its original state). I am not out of a wig that I needed and waited patiently for, & I am out of $375 Canadian dollars. This company steals money from it's customers! They easily could have resolved this by refunding me my money and ensuring me that the next wig I ordered from them would have no problems . But instead they chose to deliver poor customer service and tell me there was nothing they can do! How can get they get away with this? A return policy is never set in stone and they're supposed to take care of their customers first! I do plan to go through all social networks about this, I also wrote a bad review on their page which probably won't get posted because it has to be reviewed by them first so they only choose the good reviews . SCAMMERS!
