In a nut shell I bought a car from drive time and with in 2 months my car has been in the shop for numerious repairs. And now I am being told that my timming belt needs to get repaired. Which I was told by drive time that they would waive my payments for my repair and add them to the back of my loan ..Well I took my car in this morning just to be told by one of the CSRs that they would not waive it and that I am responsible for making my car payment as well. I am so upset with Drive Time first of all I shouldnt have to pay for a timming belt I've only had the car 2 1/2 months second I should should of know better as far as getting a car from them..BUYER BEWARE this cohis company prays on people with bad credit sucks them in and than repos their car. I am feeling like a class a a*s for dealing with this company but if I can help someone single mom avoid this company than my work is done..So pass it on Drive Time is not out to help its consumers..Its alll about money..

Respectfully,

How long after you purchase a used car should you have to pay for repairs?   Apparently, it's more than 2 1/2 months, but you didn't say how long it should be.

Also, your report title says they're not honoring the warranty, but your report does not even mention a warranty.    Did you get a writtien warranty with the car?   What does it cover and for how long?    It seems to me that you entirely forgot the subject of your post.
